The integration of second order cybernetics, autopoiesis and biosemiotics / Brier, Soren

In my view there are some very interesting commonalities between second order cybernetics, cognitive biology as based on autopoiesis and Sebeok’s Peircian semiotics. But there are also some interesting differences that lead me to the conclusion that they need each other.
