Traumatisme, competence et Choix: Pratiques cliniques de la thérapie narrative / Beaudoin, Marie-Nathalie

Cette article présente un processus de ré-écriture de l’expérience et de l’histoire personnelle d’événements traumatisants. Des micro-pratiques spécifiques qui peuvent contribuer à une experience de compétence chez le client , sont exposées dans un modèle composé de quatre quadrants. La transcription d’une session de thérapie illustre ce modèle.

his article reviews some of the recent advances in brain research and the grow- ing field of interpersonal neurobiology, which we believe supports a number of narrative therapy premises. Highlighted is the potential usefulness of thinking about unique outcomes as “moments” of “affect-infused” experiences. The concepts and theory proposed are illustrated by the description of three therapy sessions with a 28-year-old woman struggling with anxiety and depression, and a transcript of an intentionally “affect infused” re-authoring conversation.

Jednou z nejvíce znepokojujících výzev kliniků (clinicians) pracujících s dětmi, je naučit se, jak se k dětem, které zažívají řadu emočních a behaviorálních těžkostí, připojit, a to takovým způsobem, který je terapeutický, adekvátní k jejich vývoji a hlavně zábavný. Spojení narativních metod s expresivními technikami se stává důležitým a klinicky významným způsobem, jak této výzvě čelit. Účelem tohoto článku je popsat nejdůležitější charakteristiky a teoretické pozadí narativního přístupu, zamyslet se nad vhodností a důkazy pro využívání narativních metod u dětí, vyzdvihnout otázky a výzvy při implementaci těchto metod a v neposlední řadě ukázat aplikaci a relevanci autorovy vlastní práce a diskutovat a analyzovat specifické klinické situace.

Zaměření se na řešení může být popsáno mnoha způsoby, jako soubor technik nebo sada předpokladů o tom, jak dělat terapii. Nicméně kromě toho může být popsáno s ohledem na způsob rozhovoru s klientem, jež je spojen se změnou, v tomto smyslu tvrzení. V rámci toho celková změna v pojetí může být popsána jako posun od promluvy, ve které dominuje problém, přemýšlení a popis k na řešení orientovanou promluvu, přemýšlení a popis.

As increasing number of academic programs teach Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, we are increasingly asked by students to assist them in their learning about the approach and in their assignments for writing about it’s “founders” and personal information. All such requests from students, of course, they needed to finish the paper yesterday. We are not normally available to students “yesterday” even though it is very urgent for them and we would like them to succeed in earning good grades.

Crafting the "Tap on the Shoulder": A Compliment template for Solution-Focused Therapy / Berg, Insoo Kim

Based upon their experience working in a community mental-health clinic using solution-focused brief therapy, the authors describe a template for developing compliments. With most people, the family is a central part of their social system and therefore key to solution building. The authors have found the template particularly helpful in promoting solution building within the family system and therefore a very useful component in family therapy.
